UNITY invests in education

UNITY supports foundations and educational institutions both through cooperation and financial support – so that our commitment to educational purposes extends from childhood to university. We are also involved in many working and professional groups: As a founding member and sponsor of the SICP – Software Innovation Campus Paderborn, we actively support the exchange of knowledge in order to make a sustainable contribution to the promotion of education and development in society.

OWL Innovation Prize

With the OWL Innovation Award, OstWestfalenLippe GmbH recognizes the innovations of our local companies in the areas of market vision, shaping the future and start-ups. This year, we are once again donating a consultancy package to the start-up winner.
Ferdi-Kallmeyer Foundation

Ferdi Kallmeyer was the founder of Smart Mechatronics -- a company which is part of the UNITY Innovation Alliance. UNITY supports the foundation that was established after his death, which supports students with outstanding achievements in engineering studies every year.
Studienfonds OWL (OWL Study Funds)

As a long-standing partner, UNITY supports the OWL Study Fund Foundation, both financially and through annual scholarships and internship opportunities.
Jugenderholungswerk Hamburg e.V. (Youth Recreation Center)

UNITY supported the Jugenderholungswerk Hamburg e.V. with a pro bono workshop to secure a future-proof strategy.
Initiative startsocial

The nationwide startsocial competition is held annually to promote volunteer work -- social initiatives receive free advice from business professionals. UNITY supported two of these projects with three-month long consulting grants.
