Values that impact us

UNITY supports aid projects

UNITY’s culture includes values such as appreciation, collegiality and compassion. That is why it is so important for UNITY to help people in their times of need. We do this through pro bono projects and regular (financial and in-kind) donations, for example to organizations such as Engineers Without Borders, associations such as the Paderborn food bank or the Polish town of Przemyśl, which became a refuge for thousands of people from Ukraine overnight.

We are proud that our corporate social responsibility is not only anchored in our corporate structures, but also in the hearts of our employees: through their participation in fundraising campaigns (most recently the B2Run für die DKMS) and with the fundraising campaigns that they initiated for the Ahrtal flood disaster in 2021 and for the victims of the earthquake in Syria in 2023. Together we are making a positive change in the world.

OceanCare

OceanCare is an international organization based in Switzerland and UN Special Advisor for Marine Conservation. With our donation, we are supporting their activities to achieve the global sustainability goals.
German Child Protection Association

The Kinderschutzbund has been campaigning for the rights of children and young people throughout Germany for over 50 years. Through our donations, we support them in carrying out projects and implementing their goals.
German Foundation for World Population (DSW)

The German Foundation for World Population (DSW – Deutsche Stiftung Weltbevölkerung) is an internationally active development organization and the German partner of the UN Population Fund (UNFPA). With our donations, we contribute to sustainable population development.
Samaritan’s Purse (Die barmherzigen Samariter)

To bring joy to young people, our Hamburg office supported the Good Samaritans financially and packed shoe boxes filled with presents for children in need.
ClinicClowns

The hospital clowns in Paderborn are cheerful and empathetic, bringing a smile to patients both young and old and giving courage and hope to patients' everyday lives. UNITY supports the sponsoring association in order to maintain their work for the future.
Hanseatic Help

In addition to providing recurring support through clothing donations, UNITY analyzed the association's logistics processes and mapped them out clearly for optimization.
Lions Club Büren-Salzkotten

UNITY has supported the Büren-Salzkotten Lions Club in its project to build wells in Malawi and regularly donates financial aid to the charitable club for charity projects.
World Vision

UNITY supports the children's aid organization World Vision, which focuses on sustainable humanitarian aid and development cooperation.
Rotary Club Bad Driburg

An initiative that began in Paderborn is building children's villages for orphans in northern Thailand. UNITY and the Rotary Club Bad Driburg are financing the equipment for a training center.
