SAFe Agilist training (Leading SAFe)

The Leading SAFe® training aims to teach participants the principles and practices of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). SAFe is a framework for scaling agile practices at the enterprise level and is often used in large organizations to apply agile principles to complex projects. The training takes place over two days and includes both theoretical and practical elements. It is delivered by certified trainers & coaches. The training is suitable for SAFe newcomers and experienced Agilists (up to 15 participants).

Theoretical foundations

Introduction to the basics of SAFe, including the principles, values and best practices. The various SAFe roles and artifacts are also introduced

SAFe framework in detail

Hands on application of the SAFe framework. Getting to know the SAFe configurations and their application in organizations.

Certification exam

Includes examination fee for the SAFe Agilist certificate.

Planning & implementation

Planning and implementation of SAFe transformations. ART launches, PI planning, use of lean and agile practices.

Practical exercises

Experience a fictional PI planning through a case study.
