Systematic, sprint-based development of a new lottery product for millennials

  • Analysis of the target group to identify requirements and drivers, validated by target group interviews; development of a customer journey to optimally address the target group
  • Development of innovative product ideas in four full-day BoostCamp workshops
  • Conduction of feasibility checks and preparation of initial business cases
  • Design of prototypes to illustrate and user test the ideas
  • Preparation and implementation of jury pitches to select the best product idea 
  • Definition of an implementation roadmap for the market launch of the idea within 12 months
