Development and implementation of a sustainability strategy and governance
- Prioritization of relevant fields of action in the selected ESG framework on the basis of an analysis of customers, competition and thyssenkrupp requirements
- Definition of overarching mission statements, strategic goals and qualitative and quantitative KPIs based on the international GRI standard
- Definition, consolidation and prioritization of sustainability measures and subsequent support during implementation
- Development of a governance structure with roles, tasks, team and committee structures for company-wide anchoring and steering
