- Development of a blueprint to commission hospital property belonging to the Munich Municipal Hospital Group
- Definition and validation of target processes as well as operational concepts for different construction phases
- Identification of approx. 4,000 additional cases in the emergency room and approx. 500 additional surgeries annually with the same use of resources
- Avoidance of more than 300 hours of surgeries outside of normal operating hours in the new building
- Derived more than 100 measures to leverage the potential and implementation planning
- Determination of approx. €.5-6 million total potential
