Conception & implementation of a “fast track” format for technology based process optimization
- Conceptual design of a cross-divisional boostcamp format
- Development and customization of methods, tools and templates: problem and process analysis, technology research and evaluation, user & expert interviews, pretotyping, risk assessment, business case, rollout plan and pitching
- Content & methodical planning and moderation of the international pilot boostcamp: preparation phase incl. kick-off, coaching slots and four-day boostcamp
- Lessons learned and further development of the concept for the company-wide establishment
