Standardization of project management processes for the global rollout in the course of optimizing the BMS
- Revision and optimization of all processes in global project management and addition of new processes to complete the process map
- Creation of the architecture for the process map to show connection points and highlight dependencies
- Establishment of clear responsibilities through definition of fixed process roles
- Creation of a project management handbook for guidelines and explanations for (future) project managers
