The UNITY Innovation Alliance bundles this expertise in a unique way and supports companies in the digitalization of their business models, products and services -- from conception to implementation.
In addition, the UNITY Innovation Alliance also acts as a strategic investor. For more than 15 years, it has invested in companies that are directly related to UNITY's service offerings or has invested in interesting business models and services as well as start-ups. The UNITY Innovation Alliance also acts as a company builder and supports start-ups not only financially, but also organizationally.
Science and research
UNITY was founded in 1995 from the Heinz Nixdorf Institute at the University of Paderborn. The exchange between science and practice has been one of UNITY's basic principles from the very beginning. Thanks to our close links with the Heinz Nixdorf Institute at Paderborn University and many other universities and research institutes, we ensure that our consulting services are always based on the latest research. We work together with them in the form of seminars and workshops as well as forward-looking research projects.
The colleges and universities in our network include ETH Zurich, HAW Hamburg, HS Osnabrück, Munich Business School, RWTH Aachen, SRH Hochschule Heidelberg, TU Hamburg-Harburg, TU Munich, University of Kaiserslautern, University of Mannheim, University of Paderborn, TU Braunschweig and the University of Stuttgart.
In order to pass on our practical knowledge to the managers of tomorrow, some of our consultants are also active in teaching at renowned universities as professors, lecturers and instructors.
