IT/OT Architecture Concept

The IT/OT requirements of the use cases are analyzed and located in an initial IT/OT architecture representation. This allows requirements for IT systems to be derived quickly afterwards.

Visualized Target Picture

The defined use cases and technologies are visualized in a concrete target image, which summarizes the results of the workshop in a way that everyone can understand.

Roadmap

Short-, medium- and long-term measures are derived on the basis of prioritized use cases and placed on a roadmap for further implementation.

This includes the contents of package S. The contents of packages M and L can be adapted as required.
