Dr.-Ing. Frank Thielemann is a member of the Executive Board at UNITY. He studied industrial engineering at Paderborn University. There he worked in research and consulting at the Heinz Nixdorf Institute in the area of product development and obtained his doctorate degree under Professor Gausemeier. The focus of his research and consulting work is the reorganization of both innovation and product development processes. Frank Thielemann is responsible for numerous strategy, organizational and IT projects in various industries.
