For manufacturers and distributors of such products, this means an obligation to prove the conformity of their own products with these and, depending on the market, other international regulations.

Comprehensive knowledge of the material composition of our own products is required to provide reliable proof of conformity. This applies both to parts manufactured in-house and to parts purchased from suppliers. A wide range of products, a large number of variants, high product complexity and sales in many different markets result in a great deal of effort in managing Material Compliance and entail the risk of unconscious and unintentional violations.
