As part of the projects funded by the Hospital Future Act (KHZG), cloud systems are often being introduced in hospitals for the first time. The use of these technologies is supported by new legal regulations that set clear guidelines for the handling of patient data in the cloud. To ensure the secure operation of these systems, external requirements should be clearly defined in company guidelines. In addition, the KHZG stipulates that at least 15% of the funding budget must be spent on IT security measures to ensure the protection of sensitive data.
 

Consultancy services can be financed from KHZG funds and offset against the budget for the mandatory 15% IT security measures.
